If I Coulda I Woulda Volume 66
It feels like forever since I've made one of these journals! :faint: I know I've been sort of MIA for a while.. I've been ill with a tooth infection and am currently taking an antibiotic then when it's finished I will have to go back to get it pulled; not looking forward to it at all! This will be the first tooth I've ever had pulled in my life and I'm kind of biting my nails about it,.. even though folks say not to worry.. Just can't wait to get it over and done with and me feeling back to normal again, as the infection has really dragged me down; making me feel deadly tired allll the time. Sleeping for hours on end but never feeling like I'm rested.. The antibiotic is doing its' job though! And while I still sleep a Lot, I do feel rested now when I awaken! And slowly but surely I feel myself coming back to life. :la: I hope you've all been well! I know I have a LOT to catch up with but fear that I (may) not be able to do it (all),... when hopefully, I am back to
Christmas Joy!
Just dropping in to say hello, and may the Christmas Spirit be upon you all! :holly: :santa: :holly: I know it's been hard to try and keep smiling during these times of the pandemic,.. through our major holidays especially,.. and for those of you who have kids, it's even harder still, I would imagine... But if there's one thing kids can teach us, it's that even during the most dire times in our life, we can always find something to smile about, and to be happy about; and that such atmosphere is contagious; kids don't stay beat down for long! So. Warm wishes for us all - that regardless of conditions and circumstance, we can find it within us to be happy, despite everything. For the kids, be Happy. Smile like you mean it! And a Merry Christmas, to all. :holly: Here's some wonderful artworks to help get you started! Enjoy!

He felt himself smile in a way that he hadn't since he was a boy learning to cast his first spell. He had devoted decades to the study of magic, but now, now he was magic. A glow lit the trees around him. He couldn't be sure if it was the setting sun, or if the glow came from his own skin. A beetle crawled on the ground nearby, seemingly unconcerned with what it had just witnessed, but yet its movements were in time with his heartbeat. A bird in the sky flapped its wings to the same rhythm. A breeze plucked at his hair and clothes. He began to dance, slowly at first; he followed the wind, and the wind followed him. He moved faster, twirling and leaping, until even the fallen leaves were dancing around him. When he stopped, all was still. He smiled again, and raised his arms to the sky. The first stars were visible. He watched them for a long time, and
